PIMS Overview


PIMS is our turnkey solution, designed to incent your indirect channel partners to sell your products, and reward those partners based upon their sales performance.

  Incentives
The incentive program definition is at the very core of our PIMS application, and ties together all the various configuration options available to the business user. This definition provides the following key capabilities which include the ability to:

Flexibly define incentive programs with qualifying product(s) and/or product lines,
Target incentive programs toward particular GEOs (example: APAC, AMER, EMEA) and/or a particular channel partner tiers (example: Gold, Silver, Bronze),
Set overall sales revenue targets for eligible channel partners in multiple currencies,
Set optional incentive program caps to limit your commissions exposure,
Separate the reward structure between the various channel partner tiers.

  Earnbacks & SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund)
PIMS manages the commissions / earnbacks for your channel partners based upon their performance over the defined time period specified within your incentive program definitions.

PIMS also provides integration into your financial system for these SPIF rewards and rebates.

  Channel Partner Self-Service
PIMS computes sales performance and automatically generates scorecards which can be made accessible to your channel partner community via your partner portal.

This key feature allows your channel partners to securely view their own performance in real-time and remain aligned to your corporate sales initiatives.

  Multi-Currency
PIMS has been designed from the ground up to support global organizations.

Incentive program targets can be defined in any currency,
Point of sale data can be loaded into PIMS in any currency,
Channel Partners can view their cash based rewards in their Account currency.

  Analytics
PIMS provides a set of comprehensive reports as part of the overall solution.

These delivered reports coupled with flexible ad-hoc reporting capabilities on PIMS data, empower your business users to build more compelling incentive programs for wider channel partner adoption and improved sales.
